We want to ignite a passion for snowboarding within the hearts and minds of the next generation. A deep bond is formed between the rider and the mountains. It doesn’t matter if you are from a small town in Oklahoma, like me, or if your back yard is Whistler, like a professional.
The AST is specifically designed to allow the instructor to anchor and maneuver the student’s snowboard, which allows the student to focus on building the muscle memory required in order to maintain toe and heel edge balance as well as proper riding stance. These first stages of learning to ride are critical to successful riding techniques and are often when a beginner decides to quit the sport altogether. The AST can drastically reduce the frustrations of continuous falls as well as the injuries that accompany those falls.
